Calais Comprehensive Plan Update
Calais updated their 1992 Comprehensive Plan in 2003. It was found consistent with the Growth Management Act on May 23rd, 2005 and adopted locally on September 8, 2005.
Several changes were made in the Transportation and Land Use chapters in 2009. The chapters and maps that comprise the Calais Comprehensive Plan in 2005, with updates completed in 2009 area available for download below.
