To Join the Meeting

A couple minutes before the beginning of the session,  enter the online meeting space using this link:

https://stateofmaine.adobeconnect.com/_a827390218/lpitraining/

A small box will appear on your screen titled “Join Audio Conference.” If you have computer speakers or earphones, you can simply click the “Listen Only” button in the lower right-hand corner.

If you would prefer to audio conference by phone, click the circle “Dial-out (receive a call from the meeting)” and enter your direct phone number in the box. The system will immediately give you a call. If you are at an extension, notify the person answering the main phone line that you will be receiving an automated call.

Because of the anticipated number of attendees, the phone lines will be muted so that background noise and people talking over each other will be eliminated. Questions can be asked by typing in the “chat” box.

This session will be recorded and available for online viewing. No pre-registration is necessary.  Some floodplain trainings are also planning for the near future and will be announced those as the information becomes available.
