Notice of Public Open House: FEMA Maps

The new FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) will into effect on July 18, 2017.

The Maine Floodplain Management Program and FEMA are hosting two open house meetings in Washington County. The purpose of the meeting to provide an opportunity for property owners to ask questions about flood risk and how it may be changing as a result of the new maps.

Please download and post this Notice in your town offices to provide meeting details to property owners.
